Description
This potent blend of Pau D'Arco, red root, ginger root, cloves, devil's claw, valerian root, and ashwagandha reduces inflammation and relieves pain associated with arthritis, tension headaches, lower back pain, migraine headaches, joint swelling, and rheumatoid arthritis.
Drink 3 to 5 cups day as needed for pain
Instructions: Bring natural spring water to a boil using a nickel-free glass tea pot or infuser, steep herbal blend in the water and remove from heat source. Place the lid on the pot and steep herbs for 30 minutes to extract the nutrients. Tea may be drank with or without recommended sweeteners. (Organic Agave, Manuka Honey, Or Date Syrup) and or lemon/key lime added. Use less water for a more concentrated tea.
