Description
Mullein leaf can be drank as a tea or smoked to relieve upper respritory inflammation, eliminating mucus from the lungs by relaxing the upper respritory tract muscles, relieving the symptoms of asthma as well as healing conditions such as bronchitis, pneumonia, chest congestion and tonsilitis by loosening thick bronchial secretions, expelling mucus from the lungs, thereby cleansing and clearing the entire upper respritory tract, making it easier to breath clearly.
Instructions: Bring natural spring water to a boil using a nickel-free glass tea pot or infuser, steep herbal blend in the water and remove from heat source. Place the lid on the pot and steep herbs for 30 minutes to extract the nutrients. Tea may be drank with or without recommended sweeteners. (Organic Agave, Manuka Honey, Or Date Syrup) Use less water for a more concentrated tea.
