This powerful blend of cascara Sagrada. Dandelion root, milk thistle seed, prickly ash bark, elderberry, yellow dock. Burdock root. Hydrangea root, and slippery elm inner bark provides vital minerals to every organ in the body.
Instructions: Bring natural spring water to a boil using a nickel-free glass tea pot or infuser, steep herbal blend in the water and remove from heat source. Place the lid on the pot and steep herbs for 30 minutes to extract the nutrients. Tea may be drank with or without recommended sweeteners. (Organic Agave, Manuka Honey, Or Date Syrup) Use less water for a more concentrated tea. (Drink 3 cups of this tea per day for 9 days)
