This potent blend of Blue cohosh, Egyptian lotus, Red Raspberry leaf, Ginger root, Stinging Nettle and Ashwagandha facilitates the regulation of an excessive menstrual flow.
Instructions: Bring natural spring water to a boil using a nickel-free glass tea pot or infuser, steep herbal blend in the water and remove from heat source. Place the lid on the pot and steep herbs for 30 minutes to extract the nutrients. Tea may be drank with or without recommended sweeteners.
